As our products are perishable goods, we operate a strict no refund policy.
However, if your products have arrived damaged, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange providing the following conditions are met:
A request for a refund or exchange must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
The products are unused and still in their original packaging.
Evidence of the damage is submitted with your request. Screenshots are acceptable.
We will notify you once we have received your request.
Any requests that do not meet the above requirements will be rejected.
Please allow up to 3 working days for us to carry out an investigation and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
